Mostafa -

PMI's Talent Triangle provides you with three dimensions to consider as part of your development planning, but whatever you pick should align to your near & long term career objectives.

Define where you want to go, assess your current competencies against the requirements for that role, and then build a plan to bridge the gap leveraging experiential, relationship, and formal learning options.

Two common choices are to continue to evolve one's soft skills and to develop greater levels of knowledge about the business or technical domain one is managing projects in.

You could consider additional certifications. You can either go up with PgMP and PfMP or you can go sideways with RMP, SP, ACP and PBA.
