I know, currently I'm not being very good manager but I'm sure, I have that knowledge and commitment to be good project manager- but I'm really finding hard time getting it out of this.. Any help would be of great help Saving Changes...

My suggestion would be to take a step back and look at your strengths and weaknesses. Once you indentify those, seek training to address the weaknesses and find ways to maximize your strengths. And don't be afraid to ask for help from others. If there are more senior, experienced project managers in your company, seek them out as mentors and/or ask them for advice. I find it fun to work with junior project managers and help groom them. I'm sure most senior project managers feel the same. Good luck! Saving Changes...
