I have just realized three workers in the drilling department have some perceived risks that far be-little the real risks. How do I counsel them on this Personal Risk Acceptance problem?

I have taught of coaching them at a go (same time), but realistic can I be?

Given the situation you put forward, Richard, I suggest you use a one-on-one coaching approach.

Rule of thumb: anything that involves emotions - trust me, this does - is better handled in private.

It has no sense to take any action. As any other things where subjective appreciation is a component somebody must avoid it by translating all subjective things into objective ones. Work on perception has no sense because your own perception is personal and subjective. The only occasion when you have to work on perception is apply is when you have to conceptualize what is a problem for an stakeholder due to problem is defined as a gap between actual perceived reality and desire perceived reality.
