The PMI Talent Triangle from PMBOK Guide 6th edition stands for Technical project management skill, Leadership skill and Strategic and Business Management skill. "To be the most effective, project managers need to have a balance of these three skill set.
Similar requirement from the PMBOK Guide 5th edition follows;
"Effective project managers require a balance of technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills that help tehm analyze situations and interact appropriately.
- Technical - Technical
- Leadership - Interpersonal
- Strategic and Business - Conceptual (?)
There is no specific description about the "Conceptual" skill from PMBOK Guide 5th edition. What is your definition or requirement of the "Conceptual" skill?

Conceptual skills are individual cognitive or mental skills - one example in that leg of the Talent Triangle might be the ability to envision the desired end state for a project so that as the PM, you can effectively communicate it to your team and to other key stakeholders.

Technical - is the "how".
Leadership - is "with whom"
Strategic & Business - is "the target".

If you don't know where to drive, how to drive and whom to drive, you're in the follower's party. Some, like it that way. Some others don't. People and people..

To be honest this is a first try to balance all needed to perform all related to project management umbrella: project, program, portfolio, and business analysis. There are a lot of work to do in the field mainly to clarify it. In fact, if you search inside the PMI website you will see that a new version of Competitive Framework is going to be published. If you ask me, at this time, is a mess. I am saying it after talking with people that created the triangle. It is a mess including that you will hear people that belongs to the top management inside the PMI group performing presentations where they collide between the PMI has defined into the standards as definitions of some terms. Sad, but is the "creative chaos". I hope, for the good of all.

I agree with Kiron, I think people with conceptual skills are creative, and can work through abstract concepts and ideas.
