If you have 2 or more projects running concurrently, how do you easily show each of those projects were doing in a single matrix?. I think variance against the plan would be best way, since budget or schedule may not be the same of each projects. What is your opinion?

If you can work out the Earned Value of each project , You can show the Schedule Performance Indices and the Cost Performance Indices to quickly show if the projects are on schedule or on budget.
You can also highlight the major risks , Estimated Completion dates, High level objectives of each project.

I do not understand what you are trying to do?

Well, the objective is to show the performance of concurrent projects in a single matrix.

I think I will go with Basi on this.

I don't see a problem indeed. There are a lot of project management tools which allow you to control several projects individually and all together, distribute company resources (such as employees, time) and tasks, track general statistics and so on. Just choose the one you enjoy the most and use it :)
