Handling multiple projects

If you have 2 or more projects running concurrently, how do you easily show each of those projects were doing in a single matrix?. I think variance against the plan would be best way, since budget or schedule may not be the same of each projects. What is your opinion?

CPI & SPI are a good start, but I'd also look at measures such as:

- Benefits realized/Benefits expected as of current date
- Team satisfaction (via a standard survey tool)
- Stakeholder satisfaction (via a standard survey tool)

Agree with Basi determining CPI, SPI, SV and CV of each project in a single matrix will give the status of each project.
