35 project management contact hours for " preparation course " is mandatory, and this requires a certificate as an evidence for the exam taker. however, it will be good during this 35 hours of project management training if all the process group and knowledge areas are covered. I think there is no problem even if the exam taker covers more than 35 hours of project management contact hours.

As you appear to already have your PMP and are an "Educator/Trainer", are you asking what evidence PMI might look for to substantiate that courses you provide would be eligible to count as contact hours by potential PMP candidates who have taken your classes?
If so, then while joining PMI's REP program is one option, it is by no means a requirement.
In general, you should be able to provide candidates with:
1. A detailed outline of the course agenda & its objectives, demonstrating it covers topics from within the PMBOK.
2. Proof of completion & the specific dates & duration of the course - a course certificate usually suffices for that.
