Eligibility ID is not Exist

I payed the pmp exam fee yesterday and when i received the e-mail contains the PMI Eligibility ID, i entered my PMI Eligibility ID in the prometric, i received message says eligibility ID is not exist. i called our country prometric, he advised me to wait three business days, what is the problem and solution?

could be that the eligibility id has not yet been pushed to the prometric system. just wait for couple of days and try again.

Yes wait a little longer. The question probably should have been raised with PMI in the first instance.

Yes. You should wait for next two or three days. sometime it takes time to active id.

Your ID information is not pushed to prometric system. May wait for few days and then rasied with PMI

In cluttered IT systems, it may take a while to sync up data between various systems. PMI needs to publish their SLAs for better transparency and end user satisfaction.

Usually it doesn't happen, as far as my experience twice but I guess you wait for a couple of days before escalating the issue

If you did that over the course of the weekend (Friday) then yes, you probably need to wait and check tomorrow. It should be fine. Don't worry, if you paid and it went through then one way or another, it will go through.

My recommendation is sending an email to PMI“s Customer Care as soon as possible.

Check directly with PMI only they have the answer

because i have the same problem now i am getting this massage " eligibility ID is not exist " and how did you solve it ?
