Does someone know any reference material to develop a program of project management training course for kids and teachers?

I would recommend the book "Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager" by Kogan, Blakemore & Wood. It is an excellent book to introduce the layman to project management and a great review for those of us in the profession. Saving Changes...
Jose, what is the main purpose to teach project management to the students? With the purpose in mind, then it's easier to design the course program for students and teachers.
I have conducted PM workshops to students of different levels between 10 to 18 years old for the last 5 years, as volunteer. One thing we have learned is... the students MUST have an actual group project to work on. With this, what they learned during the planning workshop is practical and applied immediately in their projects.
Our PM workshop focus mainly on managing Scope-Time-Resources (since the students don't deal much with Costs), and the inter-related nature of these constraints. And also emphasis on techniques in Planning and Monitoring & Controlling.
We use PowerPoint slides as backdrop only, not going through like lecture in class. The students were given short handouts, but these just supplements what the volunteer coach is teaching in class. The approach should be 10% teaching and 90% guide the students through planning exercises.
