Looking for experiences with CA PPM and Workfront. Has anyone had experience with either or both of these tools? Specifically implementation, product features, capabilities, etc.? I'd love any specific feedback about the Portfolio Management capabilities versus project management capabilities between these two products, ease of implementation and adoption.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with these two tools. I am curious, though, as to why you chose to compare only these two PPM solutions.

There were many considered, but only a few emerged for further considerations.

Sounds like you already have your requirements defined. Any luck getting trial copies to evaluate each one? This would be beneficial as you could evaluate and rate the features against your requirements.

Brandon -

CA PPM is an enterprise, level tier-1 solution so make sure you are budgeting enough for ongoing care & feeding. Also, ensure you include usability from a PM & team perspective into the customization scope.
