Do you have any professional resolutions for next year? I'm trying to simplify and standardise. I'm hoping 2018 will be the year I crack time management!

It might be to try and switch industries (move to Health) since it's growing so fast.

In 2018, I am working towards moving away from technical and into full time project management and oversight.

My professional resolution is to try to find as many opportunities to Give Back - by helping individuals, my community, my team members to get better!
I have already started that by being more active here and to answer questions to the best of my knowledge.

True Deepesh, that area of health is exploding. I actually almost went for a PM job at your work last month but decided against it. Not sure why.
