Any resolutions for 2018?

Do you have any professional resolutions for next year? I'm trying to simplify and standardise. I'm hoping 2018 will be the year I crack time management!

I have two Resolutions for 2018 :

1. RMP certification

2. Conducting trainings to collect money for A Shelter Home for Women in Distress & Children in Crisis. I am already involved at their service but plan to do with more frequency for more money.
