Hi,

We are planning to set up a QA team in our company. Cureently the testing is done by developers and there is no specific format/documents prepared/maintained for the same.
Pls help in what is required for this. Can I get some sample formats of documents to be prepared during QA?

You have too formulate the relevant quality goals you are trying to accomplish and then zero in on the quality processes to be followed. Then, you can think about what templates and methods would be applicable. Execution and control follows after these steps.
