Skills/Roles inventory for Project team and Project Office Suppo

Leman Turkoglu Project Management Consultant,Trainer| CONGURU Training & Consultancy Istanbul, Türkiye

I am in the process of implementing a Project Office which concentrates on Master Planning, Monitoring and reporting of Projects , Resource management and improving the project management methodology. We do the resource planning and allocation through a skills database that we use. I would like to update the skillsets of Project Office support personnel. Please let me know if there is a skillset inventory for IT personnel.
