I have seen hundred thousand people hold PMP certificates that's great but I would like to ask all of them
Why did you choose PMP certificates ? why not other certificates ? what benefit have you got?
have you salary increased ?
I believe that all of them have different need and different vision Saving Changes...

If you are a project manager and looking for the best certification in market, what would you do? Google....isn't it. Well try this search "Best project management certifications" and you will end up with sites like these and many more:
all of them says that PMP is the best one and is highest paid.
Moreover, organizations looking for PMs have the certifications mentioned along with experience. If you don't have one than probably it will get rejected by a computer in very initial stages.
This does not mean that experience doesn't count or a certification will get you a job but it does mean that your chances of getting an interview are brighter.

PMI-PMP is recognized in this area and holds 'weight' on one's resume. It highlights a base level of experience and knowledge of the fundamentals and shows an individuals initiative to earn the PMI-PMP professional designation.
