my name is naik, and i am studying at the Erasmus university in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I have to work on an assignment and the topic is Project Management. I have been asked to describe four methods (PMBOK, Scrum, PRINCE2, DSDM). Since i also need to write about the strengths and weaknesses of each methods and to come up with specific examples or cases, i was wondering whether you could help me out with it. I understand that there are many experienced IT project managers who hopefully have had their experiences with these PM methods. i hope that one of you can help me somehow in answering the question (what are the strengths and weaknesses of each PM method mentioned above and in which cases to use one specific PM method over another?)
