PMP Certification Project Plan

I am about to take a person through all the steps of acquiring a PMP certification. This is based on my own experience.

I am starting with MS Project based plan. This will be followed by all the steps and tasks that i think will be useful in achieving the certification. I expect this to be a 6 months exercise at the maximum.
Once we are succesfull in the acquisition, then i will rationalize the plan to a 4 month exercise.

The plan is made but not progressing for want of prioritization by the customer.

I guess that has more to do with my stewardship/focus and communication skills.

This should be a good exam of my PM skills
