We are establishing an ISIB board (governing board for IT projects). In this they want to have an IT dept priority and then another priority for the business sponsor who submitted the request. We have a monthly review with 3 nominated heads who form the IT Steering Comittee, then present the new list of projects to them each month with an estimated work effort, impact to the business etc and get them to agree where the new projects should sit, review priorities and any issues affecting these projects.
