Project Funding letter should not only contain the purpose for undertaking this project but also mention how the funds will be utilized to execute the project and returns of investments. It would be worth mentioning non-tangible benefits along with the tangible benefits. Management would also like know how the project would fit into the overall organisation strategy and vision
