Boon Siang Tay Project Manager | PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile, Project+, CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO| ST Engineering Urban Solutions Singapore, Singapore
I booked PMI-ACP exam next week 23-Jun, and after that go for PMP.

In-between the preparation for PMP, I might squeeze in PSK I (Scrum with Kanban) and KMP1 (Kanban System Design).

Picking up VMware and AWS experience at work, but I don't think I have motivation left to study for their certification exams within this year.

I passed PMI-ACP on Saturday, with 5 of 7 domains 'Above Target'. I took a washroom break at the 1.5hr mark with 80 questions answered, then come back fresh to finish the rest of the 40 questions.

PSK I (Professional Scrum with Kanbanâ„¢ Level I) is a new certification over at Scrum.org. So far only 70 people achieved it since the assessment was made available on April 25, 2018. The exam is very difficult from what I gather in the forum discussions.

KMP1 (Kanban System Design) is followed by KMP2 required to obtain the Kanban Management Professional accredition from Lean Kanban University (LKU). No exams, just need to attend 2-days each of KMP1 and KMP2 training.

There is only one single mention of "kanban" in PMBOK Guide 6th Edition, but more involved on the Agile side.

I am going to take the ECBA for Business Analysis and toward the end of the year seek to complete the ITIL v3 Expert certification. I believe that understanding as much about the lifecycle of products and services before and after the project gives one better insight into the project management.

I am looking into the ITIL Certification
We applied ITIL at Rio Tinto and it brought the IT departments across the globe to a whole new level of performance and reliability. I strongly recommend ITIL.
