Hello, I am reading the 5 edition of PMBOK and I found, in the collect requirements process of the project escope management, a technique called "Multicriteria decision analysis". The problem is that I can't find information of this, like: concepts, methods, examples, etc. Please help me with this.

Thanks.

Hi Carlos,

Kiron has a good point. MCDM technique is to rank ideas through multi-criteria decision analysis. Stakeholder quantify requirements using decision matrix as mentioned by senior above. You may find out more detailed or in-depht study of this interest, you may refer following publication by Milan Zeleny.
