I agree with Kiron. We are going through a similar transition in our organization. CSM was our shorter term goal so that team members can get some education and knowledge in SCRUM and start using some of those principles to get a better experience in Agile and then go for ACP.

Scrum is an Agile framework. If you go for PMI-ACP, you will eventually get knowledge about Scrum, so it always better to go for PMI-ACP. However, if you only want to focus on Scrum, then you can also select CSM. Saving Changes...
