Hello, I have been read this knowledge area and I have two doubts. The Plan Scope Management process has a ouput called "Scope Management Plan", wich describes several process.
1) ¿is this document necesary for execute the remain of processes of this area (Collect Requirements, Define Scope, Create WBS, Validate Scope and Control Scope)?.
2) ¿has this document the activities necesary for execute the remain processes?.

The Plan Scope Management Process creates the Scope Management Plan. This plan will contain information on how you will define the scope (what process will be done to set the scope. This could be interviews or expert judgement) and how changes may be made to the scope in the future. Then how the scope will be validated. Like many of the plans, it is an "umbrella" that focuses on the how you will complete a process, not on the actual process itself. Saving Changes...

Trying to add something to @Dinah comment above please let me say. For each thing you do you need to know what/when/how/who to do that. All that information is inside what PMI name "plan" which is a document with all that information. So, I think this answer your question. Saving Changes...
It's also possible that the who/what/why/when/how of scope management (and the other knowledge areas) is captured in a consolidated PM plan (and the PMBOK Guide references the Scope Management Plan as being one of the components of the overall PM plan). This is especially true on smaller or lower complexity projects where having separate documents for each knowledge area is overkill.
