We have few organizations here that provide Advanced MS Project training but not sure about Quebec. Check with Microsoft and they must have a partner organization.
Online you can check Udemy. They have advanced training curriculum on MS Project.
Cost is $10.99

Salvatore -

Not sure how advanced you are looking for, but I'd suggest one of Eric Uyttewaal's books on the tool (https://www.mpug.com/author/eric-uyttewaal/). I have one of his for MSP 2010 and it got into some pretty deep topics.

Since you are based on the west side of Montreal, you could do the short drive to Ottawa and meet him in person :-)
