Finding work as a Project Coordinator would be a good starting point.
Then gradually after a year or two working as a Project Coordinator, try and get a role on a project ,as a Junior Project manager, shadowing a more senior Project Manager Saving Changes...

I agree with Deepesh and would like to include some suggestions for you:
- try to be open-minded, improving your Specific skills at the same time as you gain a Broad view of things.
- work in some project(s) of different industries: instrumentation, IT, construction...
- include travel as one of your hobbies.
- apart from studying about PMI's project management, also read about business analysis, agile methodologies, PRINCE2, risk management...

Congratulations! You have been given a lot of good advice so far. The only thing that I can add is that as you are collecting your PDUs, take training that will advance you in the direction you want to go whether that is Agile or ITIL or Risk or Business Analysis... There are a lot of great webinars on this site that can give you a "taste" of the different aspects of project management.
