I can't comment on the aviation industry applicability, but agile principles and even specific practices are being utilized in nearly all industries.
The ACP does draw on a lot of information related to the Manifesto and methodologies like Scrum and XP which are software development focused, but it also covers behaviors and competencies that would apply to any type of project.
I'm not aware of any other agile credentials which are more domain neutral than the ACP - all the Scrum and agile scaling ones I'm aware of are very technology-focused.
