There are universities that offer credits towards MBA (in Project management) e.g indwes.edu (MBA program Credit hours 42, but you get 18 hours credit for PMP)
Is there a list of the schools that offer same kind of credits towards MBA, and if there is a ranking for those schools available

In my part of world, several management institution (good in ranking) run online PGEM/PGDM programs and factor in work and professional experience as well. MooC (massive open online courses) in association with elite institution also provides nano-degrees or advance degrees. Pl explore terms further !

I'm sure there are some programs that will credit some points toward a Masters degree with a project management specialization.

I don't know if there is a list, but I would say most do provide credit toward a degree from certifications. When I completed my B.S., I received credit for my MS and CompTIA certifications, so it stands to reason the same for PMP toward MBA.

Do let us know if you find out any additional information in your search.

Noorudin,

Hope this credits recognication works well. My route is MBA first before PMP. Can't help much.

Yes, PURDUE University has a MS in Project Management, that offer about 6 hours credit (from original 36 hours) for PMP.

I am leaning more towards a recognized MBA as a boost in mid career. Already have Masters in CS, PMP, MCSE, MCSD so not looking for certs etc.
