PDM: Precedence Diagramming Method
PDM refers to schedule network diagramming technique in order to graphically represent any known and preexisting schedule activities via the use of boxes or nodes. Saving Changes...
PIER: Post Implementation Evaluation Report (PIER)
Documents the successes and failures of the project. It provides a historical record of the planned and actual budget and schedule. Other selected metrics on the project can also be collected based upon state organization procedures. The report also contains recommendations for other projects of similar size and scope.
PIER is not a PMBoK term.
So if you did a bad job at planning & executing your project, your customer and/or sponsor might march you off the end of a PIER :-)

Definition of Done (DoD) - a set of criteria defined at the team level to ensure a consistent assessment of a work item's completion. Intended to address the problem of "what's done for a developer is not done for a customer"
Definition of Ready (DoR) - a somewhat controversial approach (in the agile community) to introducing a set of criteria defined at the team level to ensure that work items are sufficiently elaborated to enable commitments to be made for their completion
BRD - I'm assuming you are referring to a Business Requirements Document which would be a requirements artifact containing all the business requirements for a project or product release. This normally traces back to project vision and/or business benefits.
DA - I'm assuming you are referring to Disciplined Agile which is a pragmatic process decision making framework for managing a technology enterprise. The most well known instance of DA is Disciplined Agile Delivery.

That's a tricky one - the more common usage I've seen is a Risk Breakdown Structure which would be a tool to help categorize different types of risks, but it could also be a Resource Breakdown Structure which would categorize different types of resources.

I'd suggest Sergio would be best equipped to do that, but in brief, DSDM is Dynamic Systems Development Method which was released in the mid-1990s (well before the Manifesto was written) and is an agile delivery framework.
It shares some similar principles with the Manifesto and with other agile frameworks & methodologies but (to be expected) has some unique roles.

Good one, George!
I believe you are referring to Evolutionary Project Management, which, like DSDM is another precursor to the Manifesto as an agile delivery approach but embraces a similar set of principles...
