Thanks George - when it comes to agile, there are way too many buzzwords and as my tag line says, I'm here to diffuse the fog of myths and misconceptions, especially about agile!

Anyone defining and explaining SBE? Saving Changes...

I believe SBE would be Specification By Example which is a method of clarifying somewhat conceptual requirements through the use of real world examples.

Sure - a simple example would be if we wanted to develop an application which would calculate and report EVM metrics. I could tell the development team to ask for BAC, AC and work completed as a percentage and just give the formulas, but a better approach would be illustrate the use of EVM through an actual example.
This is a good technique when dealing with complex or esoteric business rules. Folks might get the "happy path", but some of the weirder scenarios will benefit by example.

The RACI Matrix Definition
Responsible – the person who does something as part of their job or role to do a specific task or activity.
Accountable – the person who is expected to justify actions taken or decisions made to deliver the completed task or activity.
Consulted – groups or people whose opinions are sought by the person responsible for the task or activity.
Informed – those groups or people that should be kept up-to-date on progress with the task or activity.
Drake, thank you for a clear definition of each role. I've seen heated debates over those roles! Are those definitions your opinion? Or did you find them in a book? I'd like to have the proper citation. Thanks, Jim Saving Changes...

While we’re nominating entries for the next PMBOK, how about these:
DBS – Deliverable Breakdown Structure (all nouns) instead of the confusing WBS when work can be a noun or verb.
LUCK Laboring Under Correct Knowledge
HOPE Hel’ of pitiful expectation – HOPE is not a PM term!
Scope Creep – the person who won’t pay for change
