Read the following key areas in depth from the PMBOK: Scope management, cost management, schedule management, risk management. Review the Practice Standard for Scheduling – Second Edition. Spending half of your time reviewing PMI-SP Exam Practice Tests/questions. You will find many cheap sets online for as low as $50.
