Project approval deliverables

I work in a PMO and I have to develop a process for assessing business opportunities (project approval process). To this effect, I am trying to find standards in terms of the various documents to be produced and assessed prior to the formal approval of a project (opportunity evaluation, feasibility study, business case, project proposal, project approval form). Does anyone have any suggestion?
