Hi, I am finding myself in an awkward situation, I am stuck between the “best laid plans” of the project and methodologies (company and client driven) that seem to be lost on the worker-bees, too high level, so I am redefining them into more granular processes, but don’t want to loose the big picture methodology behind it. Would this book and presentation be useful in reinterpreting the plans as dictated by the client and the everyday business processes of the ones actually doing the work? (In this particular case, we are talking change management and implementation of systems development). Thanks for any insight you can lend! Saving Changes...

You have to engage your managers and get their buy in to efficiently implement a methodology. It will take time and effort from the PMO and senior leadership to make this happen. You can employ metrics to measdure the relevant changes in the organization post deployment also. Saving Changes...
