Check out the PMP application for details. That document states pretty explicitly what counts and what doesn't. With what you've stated, I think your experience has a chance of qualifying. But make sure before you pass the test. PMI audits their PMPs, and if you experience doesn't qualify upon audit, you could lose the PMP. Saving Changes...
