Need examples to develop a Product Support Business Case analysis within DoD, based on 2 separate project awards in order to make determination if one contract award would be better for both projects.

My reference is "DoD Product Support Business Case Analysis Guidebook 2011"

I am new to this so any examples (especially in simple English) would be most welcome.
