I saw the email today about reaching a new milestone in PMI membership. I wonder if the new member knows? I would be interested in congratulating that person.

Mounir, I think it's more a case of people just join and then don't get engaged, rather than them not seeing value in membership. If they don't get engaged, they won't see value, and hence won't pay to remain active.
