Hello! I am in graduate studies in project management. During this term, I am enrolled in procurement management. As part of one assignment, I was tasked to compare and contrast two separate projects, with specific attention and detail to the procurement plan associated with each case. One of the studies should detail the successful procurement planning. The other study should outline lessons learned from inappropriate, unsuccessful or failed procurement plan. Are there any senior or experienced PM's that have some good articles or cases they can recommend? Thanks!
