While filling out my application for the PMP exam, it asks about education. I have a 3 yr Diploma for Architecture (technologist) and a 1yr post graduate diploma for Facilities Management as well as my PM education through Atocrates.
According to the application it states "Bachelor's or equivalent" - Is my 2 Diploma's equilalent to a Bachelor's degree?

I'm inclined to say that your degree would not meet the PMP educational requirements, but you do have a unique combination of degrees. For the best assurance, you should contact PMI (either local or national) and ask. Or just submit the application and see how they respond, if you'd rather go in that direction. Better to ask now than find out later and have your PMP revoked. Saving Changes...
You may also want to get an equalency certificate. I know of some services which perform a comparison of the eduction you have along with the years of experience and provide you with a standard equivalent.
I don't know if PMP accepts such certificates but it may help. Saving Changes...

In my opinion, if your work experience involved management experience which will fall into the main buckets coined by PMI as part of project management expertise, you can show that as relevant project management experience. But, if you can get your boss or an authority to sign off that these wese indeed relevant management expertise, that would be the best.
