Can anyone provide me a copy of planning package

Estimating PMO Schedule Management Scheduling

I am working on a proposal and part of the proposal was to turn in a Basis of Schedule Memorandum and planning package. I have never had to do one of those. Are there any examples of past projects or templates out there that i could use as a go by?

Did you check out the Templates section on the top left hand side of the menu on this website?

Unless the client has specifications regarding what goes into this package, it sounds very much like a PM plan of some kind including rationale supporting the estimates. Do a search for PM plan and you might come up with a few more hits than the artifact name you've provided.
