It really depends on the industry & geographic locale. For example, some postings for agile PMs reference the CSM and SAFe credentials together as the expectation is that the candidate should have knowledge of both basic Scrum and scaled agile.
My recommendation is to speak to peers in the types of roles you are aspiring to, check job postings and then decide. While it is nice having multiple letters after ones name, the one-time and ongoing costs (financial & time) may not justify the benefits.

At a PMI Global Congress a few years ago, the keynote speaker said something to the effect, "To advance your career, you have to stop doing what you do best; it's holding you back." At first, I was shocked. Then I thought about my career. Over the years I've stopped doing many professional career activities, in order to expand my abilities and accept new opportunities.
