Nice document overall. I don't see anything on there about project sponsorship or proper authoritative structure in place. That's something I always "check off" when reviewing or assessing a project. Or perhaps it's implicit in something already on the list? Saving Changes...
Ed, thank you for your feedback and yes your issues are very much implicit under item one on the checklist that references stakeholders. Again, my goal was to keep this cheat sheet at the 4,000 foot level and on one page. Next week, I will upload a COTS implementation checklist for your review and feedback.
