Department Certifications

Hello everyone. I'm trying to start a project to certify everyone in the department. We need the basics like A+, Nework+, MCSE, CISCO, etc. I know this is an ongoing process, but where do I start? We are a department of almost 40 people. Where to begin? The Programmers, Telecommunications, Instructional Technology? Help would be greatly appreciated!

In my opinion, it has to begin with aligning your goals with the company objectives. then the answers would appear simple about where you want to go. the next would be how you want to achieve it.
