The PMBOK Guide 6th appears to me to take 1 step forward and 2 steps backward. When will we realize the difference between organizational assets and requirements? In my opinion, we need a clear logic and separation of these 2 items for future candidates. Does anyone see the same problem?

I'm not sure I understand you Mark. How are OPA's and EEF's not being distinguished from requirements in PMBOK 6?

I would agree with Sante. OPAs and EEFs pre-date a project so while they can influence or augment the requirements (e.g. an IT security policy could introduce a requirement for encrypted data transfer), they are distinct.

I agree with Kiron. OPAs and EEFs provide the context for the project but this isn't the same as project requirements.

There is no problem at all. My recommendation is you have to read and understand the definitions just in case you do not make some of them.
