If you mean the pipeline of upcoming projects & programs then (depending on the mandate for the PMO) yes, especially if they are helping to facilitate project portfolio management activities.
However, a PMO which is purely looking at standards & controls may not need to be as plugged into the pipeline.
The common pipelines we come across as PM's would be project pipelines and sales pipelines during interaction with the sale department.
