Dear Sir/Madam

While browsing the Internet I came across the ganthead website. It is an excellent website for students and professionals where they can get plenty of information concerning the business.

I have downloaded your customer service model business re-engineering project (CSM-BRE)
I have found it a very interesting project where you have dealt with lots of issues and set many examples.

I shall be very grateful to you if you could tell me more on the following queries, which I’m unable to solve based on your CSM-BRE project. These are:

1-How the influence of customers has changed over recent years and why many organisations have developed Customer Relations Management (CRM) policies and procedures?

2-What are the internal and external influences and trends that are likely to occur in the future?

3-How knowledge and understanding of customer relations management have been applied within the CSM-BRE

4-Your recommendations for change.

5-How these changes will improve product and/or service delivery and further develop a customer orientation in the organisation, department or project in Comparing these alternatives with the current approach adopted by the organisation?

6-Through your research, do you have a range of alternative approaches to CRM and their strengths and weaknesses including existing and future risks in considering the effects of technological development and the attitude and competence of employees on the effectiveness of CRM.

7-During your findings, about the current level of customer satisfaction, how well the CRM strategy, is being implemented?

8-Your brief comments on the organisation’s strategy and practice for CRM and the general approach to working with customers.

9-Appendices A & B are missing in the CSM-BRE. Will it be possible for you to provide me with one?


These will be very helpful to me to compare the different strategies, types of organisations, based on geographical location, products or services, and size. And comparing them with the processes and protocols used by the organisations with our local companies.

I’m sure that you will be accepting my request and will be helping me in these queries. Thanking you in advance for your kindness.
