I like the second quote because it's a reminder that not all activity is work, and not all work is created equal.
I like the first one because you can't be in project management more than a few years without running into at least one project that makes you feel that way. It's also related to the second quote in that if your action is not adding value, it may not be a smart thing to do. Saving Changes...
