How do you address conflict and give example - between yourself and customer/stakeholder/team? between team-members? The number of candidates that can't answer the question is startling given conflict exists at some point in any project and team.

Another question that should be asked; When you are assigned as the PM in the middle of the project and realize the requirements are either not documented or don't match what the stakeholders are telling you they are expecting?

This question will help you identify depth of experienced the prospective PM candidate.
