I've a couple of bookshelves of PM books covering hard & soft skills, but if I had to list my favorites they'd be:

1. The Mythical Man-Month - Fred Brooks
2. Death March - Ed Yourdon
3. How to Win Friends and Influence People - Dale Carnegie
4. Start with Why - Simon Sinek
5. A Sense of Urgency - John Kotter
6. User Story Mapping - Jeff Patton
7. Mindful Leadership - Maria Gonzalez
8. Servant Leadership - Robert Greenleaf
9. The Human Side of Enterprise - Douglas MacGregor
10. Critical Chain - Eli Goldratt

@ Kiron wow! that's an impressive list but I have to say that I also read almost all books of Dale Carnegie but then I was so disappointed to learn that a man with all those knowledge committed suicide at the end, Goldratt also has a theory of constraints.

@ Nenad I would say don't forget to read Sun Tzu The art of war

Not sure that D.C. committed suicide. I have checked Wikipedia and apparently he died from Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Not sure that D.C. committed suicide. I have checked Wikipedia and apparently he died from Hodgkin's lymphoma.
