Have picked up lots of PM books and many are entry level books or what a PM should do. Can anyone recommend a PM book which is more for a PM with several years of experience, and want s to improve from mid level to more advanced. For example best way to run team meetings instead of asking for % complete.

Hi Parli,

The best so far for the purpose you are looking for, at least from my humble standpoint in terms of books, are the two-three books of Neal Whitten. He covers everything about PM work, but mainly about leadership pm skills. Search them on Amazon.

Parli -

Look at Dr. Kerzner's books. You can also get advanced books for specific knowledge areas - e.g. Capers Jones on Risk Management, Eli Goldratt on CCPM...
