I am looking for examples of Goals with Measures you have put in place for your PMs to measure performance each year. I want to balance areas they have a majority of control, as well as not create a huge amount of detail in finding out the measures themselves. I would just like to add a crystallisation on the personal development objectives - to verify if they meet the required skills of the organisation.
Which means there needs to be an organisation-level (or project-level) objective to have x% of the workforce at an Advanced level of a certain skill (and so on). Saving Changes...
