Task 9 Role delineation study , Develop a Change Management plan, defining how changes will be address and controlled?
I am a little confuse with these task from the Role delineation study, can somebody help me with that ?

Role delineation objective is to define tasks critical for competent job performance. It is accomplished by identifying the minimum amount of knowledge and skills required to perform job-related functions.
If develop change management plan linked to "Role delineation" process - probably looking a process definition how change/modification can be done i.e change acceptance, approval mechanism, change attributes, repository update and communication etc.
Also ask for clarifying objective to your customer ! Saving Changes...
The CM plan (NOT to be confused with the configuration management plan) provides the why/what/why/when/where & how of project change control. This will be developed by the PM through a combination of leveraging existing OPAs (e.g. existing CM plan templates and standards/policies for project change control) as well as the expert judgement of key stakeholders including the customer, sponsor & team.

Basically change management is the process of controlling any changes that were outlined in the project management plan. Without a process to manage changes to current schedules, tasks or scope, the project quickly can surrender to scope creep and exceed the planned deadline. Saving Changes...
